1. Do you ship tamales?
   Unfortunately we no longer send tamales. Our tamales contain zero preservatives and and as a result are perishable and difficult to send (requires dry ice).
2. Do you cater?
   Yes we do. Call us to order.
3. How do you cook your tamales?
   We steam our tamales using a commercial steamer. You can steam your own using a tamale pot (a large stock pot with a steaming tray inside).
4. What is your tamale recipe?
   Our recipe is a family secret which has been handed down through 4 generations. Check out the books in the sidebar and our recommended books page for great recipes.
5. I can't find corn husks in my area. Can I wrap tamales in something else?
   Yes. Any paper like "sandwich" or butcher paper that can withstand the steaming process can also be used.
6. Do you sell or know where to find a tamale machine?
   No all of our tamales are hand-made. You don't really need a tamale making machine unless you plan on making hundreds of tamales. The best tamale maker is you and your friends and family.
